As two marketing professionals who have their own businesses, we share our practical experience with those wanting to learn how to best position their business in an ever-competitive marketplace.

Sometimes too the business world can feel lonely and overwhelming, perhaps you feel you need someone to act as a sounding board, who can show you some of the tools to use, help with issues or provide an experienced guiding hand when it comes to marketing. For this reason, if you wish to do your marketing yourself but with the support of qualified professionals, we’ve created the Executive Programme.

Today’s business marketing requires a 360 approach that covers traditional marketing principles, sales navigation, customer care and business understanding.  This means the insight and advice you receive will be up-to-date and relevant with touch points in each key area.

Who is this for?

Our programme supports business owners, marketers, entrepreneurs and solopreneurs in the steps to achieve robust marketing activity. Most “courses” do not provide the support you need when you start to implement what you have learned back in the workplace, or sometimes you may feel that what is required is just too much, and you need a little coaxing from time to time!

The 12-month Executive Programme is a practical, step-by-step approach that will seek to challenge your processes and your approach while all the time following your goals and objectives, and concentrating on outcomes.

How does it work?

The programme is a 12-month activity zone payable through a small monthly subscription that we only offer to a select number of clients. We work with businesses starting out, growing or going through change who wish to increase turnover.

The Programme involves:

  1. Kicking off the programme off with a half day strategic workshop with both Nicky and Liz to run through your business marketing strategy. Here we ascertain your goals, highlight your objectives, and develop an action plan for the next three months.
  2. Following this up with monthly online one hour video calls with either Nicky or Liz to discuss your activity, redefine actions, discuss results, and overcome any resulting difficulties or issues you may be facing.
  3. Email support, we are always available to offer a guiding hand.
  4. A further half day strategic workshop with both Nicky and Liz to reassess where you are and where you need to be, which may be taken at any time within the 12-month period at a time that is critical too.
  5. Access to our growing portfolio of Bite-Sized Courses with a one year license which you can share with your team, if you have one so that you are never left behind. This portfolio comprises over 15 online courses covering Marketing, Empowerment, Navigating Sales, and Understanding Customer Care
  6. Access to our preferred suppliers for a range of marketing services including website design, graphic design, pay per click support, Facebook Ads, Search Engine Optimisation, advertising, and PR. You will benefit from a professional, virtual team whenever your needs arise.
