Your Questions Answered
What are the benefits of e-Learning?
E-learning is all about convenience and flexibility. Study around your work or lifestyle commitments, at times convenient for you. Reduce time and cost by not having to attend classes at a physical location. Study when and where you like without the stress of deadlines or time limits, and complete your course at your own pace. That said many of our courses are drip fed which means you have to complete the units before going onto the next. This ensures necessary points are covered, in order.
How much time do I need to commit?
We work hard to make sure you gain the results you deserve but, that said, you do need to put the work in.. Each course curriculum gives an indication of the average length of time required to complete each session which lasts around 30 – 60 minutes. Practical exercises are designed between courses so that you can take the time to consider how these new ideas may fit into your workplace.
Courses are is drip fed so that key elements are understood before moving onto the next. Work at your own pace, however, a key element of courses are the ‘exercises’ that you do in your personal workbook between sessions. The more effort you put in here will gain you greater results. We recommend you spend no longer than 90 minutes on each session which includes the ‘exercises’.
Can I complete courses in a faster time?
By all means. We would say, however, that by joining one of our courses, you will benefit by working through at a steady pace ideally over the course of a number of weeks. Asking your company to pay for your studies is never comfortable, however, employers are increasingly investing in employee training and development to enhance performance in the workplace. With distance learning, employers know you will be able to study flexibly, around work commitments.
- Download a course curriculum and pass details on to your employer.
- Consider how the skills gained from the training will translate to your current role and responsibilities.
- Consider how you may improve procedures in the work place and what outcomes you would like to achieve.
- Think about how you will prepare for home study and let your employer know how motivated you are.
- Think about how you will use your new found knowledge to empower others in your team.
As an employer can we use these courses?
As an employer, you know that investing in targeted, relevant training can have a powerful impact on your business. Not only does it help staff feel more valued within the company, but it also has a huge impact on performance and motivation.

You can enroll staff at any point throughout the year and they will be able to carry on working while they study towards their qualification, which means your training won’t get in the way of their existing business commitments.
We understand that every business has different requirements but we also know there are two things paramount for any business investing in learning development for their staff: efficiency and return on investment, which is why these elements are at the forefront of all our training programmes.

Will this work if you join us, and then don’t participate? NO!
Will this change your business if you join us, and participate? YES!
We built The Marketing Menu on proven business systems that we have delivered to clients for 10+ years. This is a PROVEN path to success, and we are giving agency tactics that we have used in our own and client’s businesses. You get access to these tactics for a tiny fraction of the cost of what clients have paid.
What if I the course isn’t for me? Can I get a refund?
Of course! We stand behind the content we teach 100%. Here’s the thing – we are providing you instant access to many hours of knowledge and a system that needs to be followed for success. If you feel that after you have completed four modules (modules are classed as videos and we can see your progress! ) and complete your worksheet within 30 days, and still feel that you have not gotten your money’s worth, we will give a full refund.
Be certain; we will hold you accountable on the last point – you have to do the work to be eligible for a refund.
We would like to speak with you on the phone or Skype to understand the situation before submitting the refund so that we can learn what improvements we can make. We are helping you to change your business outlook, and our primary goal is your success. If a tough conversation is needed to get you there, we are glad to have it.
We consider our system a supported partnership and hold ourselves accountable for success with the tools we provide. If you aren’t committed to making a course work and are concerned about getting your money back without completing a few modules, this isn’t the course for you.
