She is a Visiting Lecturer at the Bournemouth University teaching Events Management and has taught Public Relations at the Arts University Bournemouth. Living on the coast Liz has an enviable view of Poole Harbour from her office, so can often be found sitting bathed in a sunny glow many of us would be jealous of.
